Compassionate, evidence-based counselling for ages 12–25, families, and inclusive communities. Take the first step towards building resilience, confidence, and wellbeing.
Dedicated to providing compassionate, professional mental health support in a safe and welcoming environment.
My name is Paul Black and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I have been working professionally with youth and families since 2003. Over the years, I have gained more than fifteen years of experience as a mental health clinician and counsellor, supporting people through individual sessions, group therapy, family counselling, and workshops.
I have had the privilege of working across schools, community agencies, and private practice in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland — from major cities to regional, rural, and remote aras.
For the last 12 years, I have also been a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). This membership gives my clients and their families confidence that I always uphold professional boundaries, and that I practice with respect, integrity, and strong ethical decision-making.
Every client deserves to be heard and understood with empathy
I create a safe, welcoming space for all youth, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
I honour my commitments and practice with professionalism and respect.
